What is your return policy?
All regular price items may be returned for a store credit within 14 days of purchase.
All items must be unworn and have tags still attached.
PLEASE NOTE:
Jewelry, lingerie (Hanky Panky) handbags, shoes, scarves, hats and SALE items are FINAL SALE.
How do I start a return?
You can start a return by filling out our return form. Once your return has been approved we will send you a return form. The cost of the return will be deducted from your store credit.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?
We offer free standard US shipping on all orders.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES?
All orders placed M-F will be processed within 24 hours. All orders placed on the weekend will be processed and shipped the following Monday.
Once processed, orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. (Excludes peak holiday times)
If you need anything rush shipped please call or text at 865.606.5449. We will send you a tracking number once your item has shipped.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order has been processed we will email you a tracking link for you to track the process of your order.
