ALL regular price items may be returned for a store credit.  Items must be received by us within 14 days.  Item must still have tags on and be unworn.

Shipping Policy

We offer FREE shipping on all regular price items.  Elle BOUTIQUE is not responsible for items that are lost in transit.

Orders will be shipped out within 24 hours and are shipped UPS ground. If you need anything rush shipped please call or text at 865.606.5449. We will send you a tracking number once your item has shipped.  Returns take 2-3 days to process after receiving to the store. We will notify you once we have received your item.
